WHO IS BIG LITTLE CHURCH CONFERENCE FOR?
Pastors and leaders of small churches who are waking up to the notion that small is not synonymous with ‘less-than’; that small and healthy are not mutually exclusive; that small may just be God’s plan.
Pastors and leaders who are not looking for another slick church-growth conference, but are looking for encouragement, camaraderie, and inspiration from those who know that there’s a lot to love about a dynamic small church.

WHY BIG LITTLE CHURCH CONFERENCE?
We believe that small is not a problem to be fixed, but a strategy that God wants to use.
While 93% of churches in America are small (350 or less) and 80% are very small (less than 200), church leadership conferences tend to showcase the smallest percentage of the largest and most progressive congregations.
While attending church conferences over the years, pastors Carl & Kalani Culley found their greatest source of encouragement came from the times spent sharing with other small church pastors — their desire is to create an environment where the small church and its leaders become the focus.
Guests & Hosts
Dale Is the Executive Director of the 95Network, a non-profit ministry designed to help small to medium sized churches through content, conferences, coaching and consulting. He Is the author of Stalled: Hope and Help for Pastors Who Thought They’d Be There By Now.
Chris Vitarelli is the pastor of The Road Community Church, a small multi-site church in Fenton and Howell, MI. He is the creator of the Small Church BIG Deal Conference and author of Small Church BIG Deal: How to Rethink Size, Success and Significance in Ministry.
Carl & Kalani Culley are the pioneers of Lacamas Creek Church in Camas, WA and have pastored there for the last 25 years. They are also the proprietors of Camp Lacamas, Retreat & Conference Center.
